Met andere woorden help je mee de fundamenten van het bedrijf leggen. Dit is een fel contrast met een bestaand bedrijf waar alle structuren reeds zijn bepaald.<\/p><p>De gemiddelde leeftijd ligt op 30 jaar en we houden er van om onze succes te vieren. Daarvoor is er een company bucketlist (met een tank rijden, rock climbing, noorderlicht bezoeken,&#8230;.). Uiteraard naast het plezier is werk en progressie belangrijk:<\/p><p>Kennis en ervaring is geen vereiste maar vooral:<\/p><p>&#8211; Leergierigheid<br \/>&#8211; honger naar groei (persoonlijk en zakelijk)<br \/>&#8211; Punctualiteit<br \/>&#8211; logisch nadenken<br \/>&#8211; vooruitziend zijn<br \/>&#8211; optimalisaties zien en kunnen doorvoeren (met het team)<br \/>&#8211; planningsmatig en gestructureerd kunnen werken,<\/p><p>&#8230; is des te belangrijker. Als OPERATIONS MANAGER sta je in voor de vertaling tussen de CEO(sales) en de medewerkers. Je stroomlijnt mee de processen en zorgt dat een project wordt onder verdeelt in taken. Deze delegeer je aan aan de juiste mensen.
