Je ontwikkelt dus de relatie verder en zorgt voor een strategische upsell indien mogelijk.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Er zijn 3 zaken die zeer belangrijk zijn:<\/p><ol><li>Keep them informed<\/li><li>Plan regelmatig een meeting<\/li><li>Wees proactief<\/li><\/ol><div><strong><u>1. Keep them informed<\/u><\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Het is zeer belangrijk om je huidige klanten op de hoogte te houden van de verdere ontwikkelingen van je bedrijf.\u00a0<br \/>Maak dus dat ze jou volgen op social media, verstuur hen informatieve mails of WhatsApp berichten. Voor die laatste twee is het interessant om eens te vragen op welke manier ze het liefst op de hoogte gebracht worden.<\/div><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">2. Plan regelmatig een meeting<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Voorzie minstens 1 moment per kwartaal om even samen te zitten. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de relatie verstevigt en dat eventuele problemen of nieuwe uitdagingen tijdig behandeld kunnen worden.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">3. Wees proactief<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Zorg ervoor dat je op de hoogte blijft van de ontwikkelingen van de business en de markt waarin je klant actief is. Volg hen ook op social media, en check regelmatig hun website. Hierdoor ben je steeds voorbereidt op het volgende gesprek en kan je inspelen op veranderende situaties.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b><u>Wist je al dat AI ook kan prospecteren?<\/u><\/b><\/p><p>Ja, je leest het goed. AI kan gebruikt worden om te prospecteren. Er bestaan namelijk al toepassingen waarbij een algoritme bepaald welke opportuniteiten er nog zijn bij welke klanten.\u00a0<\/p><p><em>Meer weten hierover?
